01 06 2012 Nokia 808 PureView to be launched in India on June 6th – NOT! And when everyone assumed that the big day is announced and that the 41 megapixel monster will be finally released, bummer. The guys over at UnleashThePhones received some bad news. Nokia India just called to let us know that June 6th will not be the release date for the Pureview 808, just a date for when the “Pre-Launch Activities” start. And the wait continues. A month ago, Nokia announced that the PureView 808 will be released in India and Russia by the end of May, but it seems that we have to wait a little bit longer for the official release.
