For the fourth consecutive time, Verizon Wireless is named as the number 1 wireless carrier in terms of customer care and service among full-service carriers.
According to JD Power and Associates, Verizon Wireless took the first place with an overall score of 766, second, just 7 points behind is AT&T, third on the list is Sprint with score of 746, while on the last place once again is T-Mobile which scored 715 points.
Among non-contract carriers, MetroPCS with 733 points, Virgin Mobile on solid second spot just 4 points behind, Tracfone is third with 700 ...
Both studies are based on the experiences of current customers who contacted their carrier's customer care department within the past six months (from July through December 2012).
