When the Motorola Bounce was leaked a month ago we thought its rugged appeal would lend it to the DROID line up, the smartphones the company makes with US carrier Verizon. However, since then the Bounce became known as the Moto X Force in other leaks so we thought the DROID link was finished. However @upleaks reports today that the Moto X Force is indeed the DROID Turbo 2.
Moto X Force will be the international name for the device when it is launched, which is likely going to be in December. The DROID Turbo 2 will cost flagship money with the nations’ largest carrier, with a price on Big Red of around $640.
The handset comes with shatterproof 5.4-inch screen of the Quad HD variety, while a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 is serving as the processor. Elsewhere there is 3GB of RAM, a 21 MP rear camera, 32 GB or 64 GB of internal storage, and a 3760 mAh battery.
