In all of its guises the ASUS ZenFone 2 is a winner, although the company has probably spread the range a little thin, making them hard to differentiate. The ZenFone 2 Laser certainly fits that idea, and it is making its debut in the United States. While it is hardly a great departure from other ZenFone 2’s, the Laser does sport excellent specs and a very intriguing price.
The ZenFone 2 Laser comes with a 5.5-inch screen with Full HD resolution with Gorilla Glass 4 protection, a Qualcomm 64-bit Snapdragon 615 chipset, 3GB of RAM, 16GB or 32GB storage options, a micro SD card slot, dual SIM capabilities, and an ample 3000mAh battery pack.
Around the back of the ZenFone 2 Laser there is a 13 megapixel snapper, with an F/2.0, 5-element lens and is aided by a dual LED flash. This device is the real deal folks, a bona fide bargain when we consider the specs and general quality against more expensive models.
The price for this all-round good package? Well, how does $199 sound?
