In the latest round Google want Microsoft to take down it's "official" YouTube app down from the Windows Phone Store because it has the ability to download videos and it has no ads. Microsoft struck back with a statement that in summary states it's your fault there are no ad's because you have not opened your API up to us. You open up your API we will have ads.

Rumors of Google putting out a killer device via Motorola named the "X phone" have been around for almost a year now and according to Evleaks these are the first pictures of this device. Sadly there was very little information leaked with these pictures. Only that it will be code named "Ghost" and that it will be released in three variants. An unlocked international version, an AT&T LTE version and CDMA Verizon variant. Some sources peg this device to come out this summer but I highly doubt it's true. In my mind this is more a 3Qtr fall launch.
