Nokia is Now in Full Control of Nokia Siemens Networks

A few months ago Nokia announced that it was buying out Siemens out of the Nokia Siemens Networks.  That transaction is now completed and Nokia has renamed it the Nokia as Nokia Solutions and Networks(NSN).  This move is expected to bring more positive cash flow into Nokia and is generally noted as a good business move for Nokia.  Full press release below.
