Microsoft fixes app signing problem, Marketplace is back to normal

Microsoft has updated their blog with information that they solved the digital signing problem that prevented app installations on phones that upgraded to Windows Phone 7.5. We fixed the digital certificate problem and last evening resumed publishing new apps and updates.
