The HTC One mini’s days are numbered in the UK following a ruling from a London judge that the device can no longer be sold in the country. Why? Because of patents, of course. The judge ruled that the One Mini infringes on patents held by Nokia, so beginning December 6, the phone will no longer allowed to be sold. The Oppo N1, the unique smartphone with a rotating 13-megapixel camera for rear or front photos and can easily enable CyanogenMod, will launch in the United States and Europe on December 10. Previously available only in parts of Asia, Oppo has confirmed that the N1 will go on sale next Tuesday.
An Oppo N1 will set a buyer back $599 in the US and EU 449 in European markets. The phone will be available for purchase online at Amazon.com and/or Oppostyle.com depending on location. Oppo plans to sell the standard version of the phone that runs both its own internal Color OS ROM and gives users an easy way to migrate to the custom CyanogenMod.
